At least an 8x10 foot space per cart and one to two dedicated 120V circuit (we'll confirm requirements at booking.)
Yes we do. We also offer hot chocolate, chai, and matcha. We offer decaf also however, this will incur an additional cost for an extra espresso machine and grinder, cart, and extra staff.
Yes. The great thing about being a mobile espresso bar is that we can travel to your event. Additional fees will apply (i.e. mileage). We can travel to The Woodlands, Sugarland, Katy, Clear Lake, Galveston, Austin, and more. Just contact us, tell us more about your event, and we can start to work the logistics.
Most clients book 2–6 months in advance, especially for weddings and holiday events. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date and venue. Short-notice bookings may be available depending on our schedule.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total) is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 10 business days before the event. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. For larger, multiple day events, we can work with you to tailor deposit terms.
If something truly out of everyone’s control prevents the event from happening—such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closure, or other “force majeure” events—we will:
First try to reschedule your event to a new available date using your existing payment.
If rescheduling isn’t possible, we’ll work with you in good faith on a fair solution based on costs we’ve already incurred (staffing, product, prep, etc.).
We always aim to be reasonable and collaborative, so if you’re worried about a specific “what if” scenario, reach out and we’ll talk it through before you book.
We typically arrive 45–60 minutes before service to set up and dial in our espresso. Breakdown usually takes about 30–45 minutes after service ends. We coordinate arrival timing with your planner or venue so it fits smoothly into your event schedule.
Setup and breakdown does not takeaway from your dedicated service time frame. For instance, if you book us for three hours of catering/service, those three hours are solely dedicated to serving your guests and clients. The set up and breakdown will fall outside of your dedicated time.
Gratuity is not included unless requested as a line item for hosted events. To protect our brand aesthetic, under no circumstance will we put out a tip jar for your clients and/or guests to contribute to. We can either:
have a QR code generated for your clients/guests to scan and provide a tip to (this is a clean aesthetic)
Or add a service charge to your invoice—for a fully hosted experience
We can discuss this point when you book us.
Yes, as long as we have a flat, stable surface and access to power (or a generator add-on). For outdoor events, we do require shelter from heavy rain and extreme heat for both safety and equipment protection—tents, overhangs, or covered patios are perfect. Also keep in mind, during the cold season our fresh water reserve tank will be colder if outside, making it more difficult to have consistent water heating flowing thru the espresso machine.
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your venue if required.
Most packages include 2–3 hours of service, which is ideal for weddings, corporate breaks, and parties. This not only creates a seamless experience for the clients and guests, but for the barista staff as well. We can add extra hours for an additional fee if you want us for a full day or multiple service windows.
Yes. We can work with you to create a custom menu that fits your theme—signature lattes for a wedding, branded drink names for a corporate event, seasonal flavors, etc. You’ll approve the final menu before the event.
Short answer: Yes!
Longer answer: We’re dead serious about great coffee and seamless service—guided by Will Guidara’s “Unreasonable Hospitality” philosophy, by James Hoffman's never ending knowledge on everything coffee, our espresso catering company is built on those two pillars and supported by professional experience in luxury sales and marketing, and corporate finance.
We show up early, dial in the grind, move fast without cutting corners, and leave the space spotless—except for the compliments you’ll get. If “best” means professional, delicious drinks, smooth ops, and happy guests and clients, then yes… that’s us.
